Beginning in the late 1960's, what would become MAC Properties Ltd., started out investing in a single multi-family unit in southern Florida.

Using this as the stepping stone to grow the portfolio that has included commerical space and rentals units raning from single units, to large 20+ unit complexes throughout central and southern Florida.
